BUILDING
The future apartment building willl consist of two parts of which the bigger will include 16, and the smaller 3 apartments. Altogether, the building shall have 19 two-to-four-room apartment (42,5–103,8m.) ownerships. The new apartment building will have two staircases – one in the smaller and the other in the bigger part of the building. Every one apartment have balcony or terracce (10-66m²) and 19 pantrys.
There willl be a car park for the residents’ cars in front of the building (20 parking places).
The plot is planned to be surrounded by a fence and the driveway shall be equipped with a barrier. The residents’ access is planned through Aleksandri Street. The parking spaces will be paved with asphalt. All the apartments of the building shall have balconies or spacious terraces.
ENVIRONMENT
The registered immovable to be constructed at Aleksandri Street 35 is located in the Karlova district between Aleksandri, Lina, Kalevi, and Aida Streets in the inner area of the district next to Karlova Gümnaasium /Secondary School/. There is also a kindergarten near the building. The town centre is only a five-minute walk away. The district has well developed infrastructure. As in the outskirts of the town there are almost no empty registered immovables, people value new apartment buildings being built more and more.
