BUILDING
This three- and four-storey building features in total 53 apartment ownerships. On th first floor there is 11 places for the offices (44,5 - 84,0 m²) and 6 apartments. On the 2nd and 3th floor only apartments. In the house is 1-5 room apartments ( with total area 28,1 - 139,8 m²)
63 parking places for the residents cars: 46 garage spaces in the basement of the outhouse and 17 parking spaces in the yard.
In addition to apartments and bureaus there are 42 storage rooms on the first floor.
The residents’ access to the plot has been planned from the corner of Küti and Noole street.
A children’s playground is planned to be constructed.
ARHITECTURE
The planned construction volume of the building will be 3-4 storey. Business premises are planned on the first floor. The plan is to avoid the formation of a long monotonous building block.
There are slab roof parts, with private terraces, between ridge roofs. The north-side superstructure goes slightly over the old limestone building, providing a shelter.
In the middle of the building there is a pedestrian gangway connecting the west side with the east side. The building has been designed with three stairwells, corridors through the longthy volume, sided with offices and living premises.
The desiggn solution sees the building subdivided with balconies, which raise the price and quality of some apartment. First floor apartments will have small private terraces on ground level. The access to the ground floor apartments is possible without entering the staircases, therefore are they also suitable for people in wheel-chairs.
In addition to apartments there are also office premises on the ground floor, on the other floors there are only apartments. Most office apartments have entrances from the yard as well as from the staircase of corridor. This makes it comfortable to live and work in the same house.
There are also storerooms for the apartments on the first floor.
The apartments under the ridge roofs are partly two-storey.
ENVIRONMENT
The building will be placed on the east side of the plot. The row of trees in the front of the building will be replaced with new trees and a strip of greenery will be kept in the front yard.
The area west from the building will be partly kept for the use of the private terraces, partly for parking spaces and dustbins. Some of the parking spaces will also be in the south part of the plot. The bigger west-side greenery is kept for the playgrounds and courts for the neighbouring children.
The passage throught the building has been planned to go under the house from the Köie street extension.
The office apartments are approachable from Noole street,, apartments are accessible from the west facade, from the heads of the houses and from the passages.
