BUILDING
The main volume of the building features 4 storeys. 2- 4 rooms apartments 58,1–86,4m². Technical, auxiliary and storage rooms are on basement floor. All in all ther are 20 apartments in the building. Each of them has a balcony.
Each apartment is allocated a storage room and at least one parking place.

ARHITECTURE
The apartment building was designed for a small town environment. The compact layout solutions in this one-stairwell building enable most of the apartments to have views to several directions.
The goal when planning the building was to place large living rooms in the corners of the building as that would provide excellent views of the surroundings.

The balcony, projecting from the volume of the building and partially covered with wooden planks, serves as an additional room in the summer and looks more like a veranda, an extension of the living room. Big glass windows separate the balcony from the living room.

The large hallways and the spacious rooms were designed especially for families with children.

ENVIRONMENT
The Põhja Street 8a apartment buildings are located in the centre of Keila, but further from major roads with heavy traffic. Põhja Street also has a kindergarten and a school. In recent years Keila has evolved into a highly valued residential environment.

Keila is situated just 25 kilometres from Tallinn and has electric train, bus and shuttle taxi connections with the capital city, which is why Keila is a suitable place for living even for those who work in Tallinn. Several industrial districts, providing many people with work, can be found in the outskirts of Keila.

Keila boasts good infrastructure – the town has 3 kindergartens, 2 secondary schools, a music school, a health centre, a library, a hospital, a culture centre and many sports clubs and retail businesses.

The largest parks, verdant areas and the lovely pine forests in the western part of the town make Keila a truly green and resident-friendly location.
