BUILDING
This seven-storey building (7-storey + basement) features in total 37 apartment ownerships, 1- 4 rooms apartments(28–88m²) and 29 parking places (joint ownership, usage procedure to be established). There are office spaces of 350 m2 on the first floor. The building is planned to have one stairwell, and a passenger and goods lift.

ARHITECTURE
The new building, not parallel to the street-line, is located behind the school-house and therefore not well visible from the street.

The glass façade of the first floor of the building and the window line of the interposing cornice of the school building are planned to be the same height so as to increase even more the dialogue planned between the neighbours with the common scale of the street space.

ENVIRONMENT
The building area is situated at Suur-Ameerika 12, next to the block’s inner park. The area is adjoined from all sides by traffic lines, of which three are the block’s inner roads, and the other one, one of the main streets of the city. The dominating structures in the area – the high-rise of the Ministry of Finance across the road and the school building in the vicinity – have formed the basis for merging the building into the surrounding environment.
